These are so good! Easy and decadent recipe for quick biscuits. You do not have to be a seasoned cook to make this simple bread to serve for guests or Sunday suppers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix (or store generic alternative)

  • 1 cup whole buttermilk

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced

  • ¾ stick salted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425° degrees. Grease a muffin pan for 8 drop biscuits.

In a mixing bowl combine the Bisquick and buttermilk without over mixing (just to become wet).

Fold in the shredded cheese. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until done.

While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter and garlic in microwaveable measuring cup or small bowl.

As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven – spoon the garlic butter evenly over all biscuits while they are piping hot.

NOTES

We like to serve large breads so we prep for 6 muffins.
