(December 2022 Reporting)


  • There were 2,568 home closings reported for the month of December
  • There were 1,462 sales pending at the end of December
  • The average number of days on the market for a single-family home was 46 days
  • The median price for a residential single-family home was $470,000 and for a condominium it was $352,000
  • Inventory at the end of December was 8,204

Before beginning your home search it is very important to understand your buying power. If you are paying cash what is your comfortable price range? If you will acquire a loan it is helpful to all parties to become Pre-Qualified through your financial institution of choice before your search begins.
